A BID Will Not Fix Our Problems
Homeless / Drugs Parking meter enforcement – Did anyone complain when they raised the price over 100%? Over burden of rules and regulations on businesses Internet Sales and Amazon – retail stores are in decline No NEW unique “Kitschy” restaurants No NEW construction – buildings look older Multiple similar stores (bagels, nails, pizza etc..) do not draw additional customers Competition with “hip” areas Williamsburg & Downtown Brooklyn Aging population changing the nature of the businesses Say NO to the 3rd ave BID!

DO YOU LIKE BEING FORCED TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU DON’T NEED OR WANT – FOREVER??? Say NO to the 3rd ave BID!
