We, the people that would pay this BID TAX, welcomed councilman Brannan to 3rd ave and THANKED him for supporting a BID TAX on our properties and businesses!

Our meeting with councilman Brannan had a large turnout and some of us posed for a picture. We say NO to the BID TAX.
